Training & Disciplinaries
The IntellinetStaff applications provide for employee starter, leavers, changes and transfers; it also provides an employee record and history together with allowance and benefit management and holiday & absence management.
However, there are two other areas where we have provided additional functionality and that is in the areas of Training Management and Disciplinaries.
Training management allows central HR to define the training requirements for the company and specific jobs and to monitor course bookings and training progress against these training requirements.
Disciplinaries allows central HR to define the disciplinary rules and processes, which must be adhered to, and allows local managers to run the disciplinary process with central HR being assured that the rules cannot be broken and that they can monitor progress at any point.
